My office is located on the 2nd floor of The Palm Court Building on the corner of Louisiana and Stuart St. There are two gated entrances from the street under green awnings. 

***The building has plenty of charm but no elevator. Please let me know in advance if climbing a flight of stairs is difficult or not possible for you so we can make alternate meeting arrangements.

Parking Options

Street parking is the easiest, most cost effective option to park near the building. Free street parking is available directly across the main entrance of 3303 Louisiana beginning at 9:00am. Most other surrounding streets have nearby single-pay stations. Rates are typically $1.00 per hour. Although there is a parking garage one block over, it is for restaurant and retail customers; I also no longer recommend the paid parking lot off Holman given the increase in their rates. 

Follow prompts to pay directly with cash or credit card at they pay station or meter or download the City of Houston's parking app - ParkHouston. Visit the City of Houston's Parking Meter Information page for more details. Please be aware of posted signs and time limits when deciding where to park. The area is regularly monitored by parking officials.  

Public Transportation

My office is a few blocks from the Metro-Rail on Main Street and is on the Metro Bus Line.
