Parking Options
Street parking is the easiest, most cost effective option to park near the building. Free street parking is available across the main entrance of 3303 Louisiana beginning at 9:00am. Most other side streets have parking meters or a nearby single-pay station. Rates vary from .50 to $1.00 per hour and have a 4 to 10 hour max depending on the location.
Follow prompts to pay directly with cash or credit card at they pay station or meter or download the City of Houston's parking app - ParkHouston. Visit the City of Houston's Parking Meter Information page for more details. Please be aware of posted signs and time limits when deciding where to park. The area is regularly monitored by parking officials.
Although there is a visitor lot, we no longer recommend parking there (at 3401 Louisiana, behind the Bienville Building). The company that manages this lot has recently raised the fee to a $20 flat rate. If you choose this option, pay by entering your license plate number at the pay station.
