Thank you for visiting my website. I am a licensed psychologist providing secure video telehealth services for psychotherapy, counseling and consultation as well as psychological evaluation, assessment, and neuropsychological screening.

Life is a complicated and wonderful journey with ups and downs along the way. Sometimes unexpected events or life transitions can catch you off guard (e.g., health problem, job loss, caring for aging parents, or death of a loved one), and even really positive changes (e.g., romantic relationships, birth of a child, work promotion or retirement) may be stressful. Or maybe you've been feeling down, overwhelmed, or stuck and can't quite put your finger on why. Almost everyone can benefit from therapy or counseling at some point in their lives.

Working with a trained professional is often an incredibly satisfying experience. Having an objective, therapeutic sounding-board can be a refreshing way to consider new perspectives and find meaningful solutions. Therapy is an important investment in your personal growth and overall well-being; your happiness is worth the effort!
